Step 4: Make your image POP!!!

Time to make your image POP. With your merged layer selected go to the navigation bar and select "FILTER > CAMERA RAW FILTER". A window should pop up with a preview of your image and sliders with different effects. You can mess around with these and get the result you want. I have also included a picture with my ones if you want to achieve the same result as me.
Now it's time to make the background black and white. You should have two layers. One which contains your original image and another which contains just the flower. Click on the layer that contains your original image and use the shortcut "Ctrl + Shift + U" to desaturate the layer. Now press the shortcut "Ctrl + Shift + Alt + E" to merge all your layers onto a new layer
Step 3: Making your background black and white

Time to select the flower. I am going to use the "Quick Selection Tool" but you can use whichever tool you feel comfortable using. If you want to find out more about the tools in Photoshop click here. Once the flower has been selected you need to duplicate the layer by using the shortcut "Ctrl + J".
Step 2: Select the flower
