How to swap faces in Photoshop
Step 1: Inserting the faces
In this tutorial you will learn how to easily swap faces between 2 completely different people. This is the easiest and fastest way to face swap

In the example i want to apply Daniel Radcliffe's facial features onto Justin Bieber's face. Firstly insert both faces into the same document. Make sure you have the persons face wanna change in the background and the persons facial features you want to apply on top.
Quick Tip
If you click the letter "V" on your keyboard it will automatically select the move tool.
Step 2: Selecting the facial features
With the "Lasso" tool selected click and hold on the forehead of the person you want to acquire the facial features from and draw around the faces (eyes, mouth, eyebrows). Once you let go a selection should appear surrounding the face. Press "Ctrl+J" on your keyboard. This will create a new layer with only your selection. You can now delete or hide the layer you don't need since you have the facial features.

Step 3: Aligning the faces

Now drop the opacity of the facial features layer down to 50% so you can see the background face as well. You can do this by clicking on opacity above the layers window. You can now align and adjust the face with the "Move" tool to align the two faces. Once finished you can increase the opacity back to 100%.
"Ctrl+Click" on the thumbnail of the layer with the facial features. A selection should appear around your face. On the navigation select "Select > Modify > Contract". A window should appear asking you how many pixels you should contract the selection by. The number depends on how big your image is. You need to make sure that the selection leaves a bit of outline of the face otherwise the effect wont work properly

Step 4: Selecting the face to blend
Step 5: Blending the faces together

Once you contract your selection click on the background layer of your image (Face you want to change) with the selection still active and press "Backspace". This will delete the persons face. Now while holding down "Ctrl" click the two layers you want to blend together. This will select both layers at the same time. Now click "Edit" in the navigation bar and select "Auto-Blend Layers". Make sure you have "Panorama" and "Seamless Tones And Colors". Now click "OK" and Photoshop will do all the work for you

Now all that is left to do is to save the image in the format you desire and you can successfully swapped faces in Photoshop
